26. FAVORITE SPORTS TO WATCH? I don't have much of an attention span, don't often sit and watch sports. I love going to live games though! Football being my favorite, then soccer, then basketball.

27. HAIR COLOR? Currently brown with blonde caramel and auburn weaves.

29. DO YOU WEAR CONTACTS? Yep! I have colored contacts. So fun.

30. FAVORITE FOOD? hmm probably thai food. Mussuman curry is delish.

31. SCARY MOVIES OR HAPPY ENDINGS? A healthy combination of both. Mostly scary though!

37. WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE DREAM FOR THIS LIFE? To be able to create a povertyless, orphanless, homeless, sickless, richless, poorless, crimeless world. Or to even make a dent in it.. I'd do anything to make a difference in this world.

39. WHAT BOOK ARE YOU READING NOW? New testament.

44. WHAT IS THE FARTHEST YOU HAVE BEEN FROM HOME? Probably the UK. Been out of the Country about 8 times, 4 of which in the past year. I think the UK was the furthest though... Went to the Cayman Islands. Beautiful!

45. DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL TALENT? Can blow up a balloon with my nose.. make my eyes move in seperate directions.. can pop my shoulders wrists and hips out of thier sockets on command.. I posess strange talents.

46. WHERE WERE YOU BORN? Good ole Orem Community.

47. IF YOU COULD GO ANYWHERE WHERE WOULD IT BE? Australia. My dad lived there, so jealous!

48. WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST FEAR? The unknown.

49. WHATS YOUR BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT? Probably my elementary school graduation. ;)

50. WHAT MAKES YOU THE MOST SAD? Knowing about the poverty and crime going on in this world and knowing there's nothing I can do to stop it. Seeing homeless families and orphans with no familes and knowing that I can't do anything about it.

I simply remember my favorite things and then i dont feel so bad!

The best way to stay happy is to stay positive. Friends and family are always great sources to cheer you up when your feelin blue, but you are the only one who truely can make your own self happy. You are the only one who has the power to control your own emotions. Happiness is your personal God-given right and everybody deserves to live the happiest life possible. Im passionate about this because it breaks my heart when I see people experience rough times and then feel that they should never be happy again. Everybody has trials and challenges and our test here on earth is what we do to handle these challenges. Trials are for your own good (though hard to see at the time) and when you feel like you cant go on anymore because of your struggles, your wrong. God promised to never give us anything we cant handle, and he wont. We should almost feel honored to get the challenges that we get because it proves how strong we are in the sight of God, and if he thinks we are strong enough to handle our trials, then we sure as heck are. Why on earth we waste our short precious time here being sad when we could be happy, i will never know. But I do know a few personal tips on how to help bring youself up when your down in the pits. These simple things may not help you as much as they do me, but I feel so inclined to share them inspite of that fact.. :)
Hapiness Tips.......
Tip Number 1- Get off your mopey butt and go serve. Forget yourself and focus on others. The simplest act of service will not only help your own happiness, but definately will help the joy of the ones your serving also.
Tip Number 2- It's very important to focus on the positives. If everyone constantly focused on the negatives, our society would go down. Keep reminding yourself of all the good things and blessings in your life because I promise that they will always out-number the negatives.
And Tip Number 3- Stay far far away from self-pitty for this is a no bueno. Self pitty will only make you more sad. which is not happy. which is not our goal. :) The question "Why me?" will never be answered. So stop wasting time asking. Move on. Remember that there is always going to be someone out there who has it worse than you do.

Everyone is inclined to a full life of hapiness and joy and the people who realize it are the ones who will get just that.
