HELP!

I need help.
Thats nothing new though, right? WRONG. I can't figure this blogging thing out! For some reason it wont let anyone comment on any of my posts and it wont let me add any friends. You can have friends on here, right? hmmm. anyways.. does anyone know how to fix this issue? Is it a blog setting or is my blog just retarded? Or am i just retarded? Maybe a nasty combination of all of the above. Who knows. Wow I should probably stop making up excuses and just deal with reality. Im retarded and need help. Sooo if there are any problem solvers readin my blog out there.. this is an S.O.S.
